How Long is Each Session?
Therapy sessions are 50 minutes and life coaching sessions are one hour.
What is the Cost Per Session?
I always offer an initial free 30-minute consultation for services! The consultation is used to answer questions, discuss how sessions are tailored, and decipher if we're a good fit for each other. Following, individual and child therapy sessions are $150 per hour. Family therapy sessions are $175 per hour. Life coaching services are offered in various packages. A 4 session package is $500, an 8 session package is $950, and a 12 session package is $1350.
Do You Accept Insurance or Sliding Scale?
Currently, I am unable to accept clients under in-network insurance.
If your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits for mental health care then you would 1) pay in full and, 2) submit your receipt to your health care provider for retroactive reimbursement.
I do not offer sliding scale options for therapy services. However, I accept:

For life coaching services, limited sliding scale slots are available yearly on a first come basis.
Where Do You Offer Services?
Currently, mental health services are primarily offered via telehealth. Upon request, session may occur in office. Life coaching services are offered via telehealth or within the community (ex: coffee shop, park, etc).
What Are the Differences Between Life Coaching and Therapy?
Therapy focuses on one's mental health and emotional healing. It aims to answer "why?" It may be past or present centered and focuses on internal processes. Therapy often has emotion-oriented goals. Life coaching is future focused and prioritizes achievement. It answers questions such as "what do I want?", "what's possible?", and "how can I achieve it?" It is strengths based and task-oriented. Although different, both services are empowering.
What if I Need to Cancel my Appointment?
Life happens! An appointment may be canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours, free of charge.
If an appointment must be canceled within the 24 hour timeframe and rescheduled, there is an additional $20 rescheduling fee due upon your attendance at your next session. If you miss a scheduled appointment or cancel within the 24 hour timeframe without rescheduling, then you are liable to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of session.
