Hi, I'm Nailah! I am a Los Angeles based AMFT and life coach who is passionate about healing through curiosity and compassion. In sessions, we work collaboratively to foster authenticity, nurture the relationships we have with ourselves, gain tools, build secure relationships, and create long term change.

Education

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a minor in Child and Family Development, from the University of North Carolina Charlotte. I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis of Marriage and Family Therapy, from Pepperdine University.

Specialties

I help people find their purpose, confidence, and passions. I specialize in individual, couples, and adolescent therapy. I am passionate about supporting people who are experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, communication struggles, self - worth challenges, and academic / career concerns.

Interests

I have a plethora of personal interests that may support our work together. I love music, and find it therapeutic. I enjoy yoga, mindful meditation, and discussing astrology. I am an avid reader, and may occasionally suggest books. I am a writer, and believe in the importance of journaling. Lastly, I am a dancer, and welcome dancing in any sessions.
